Job Description

This is a 1-year full-time trainee position offered under a hybrid working model in Dubai, with the possibility of extension to up to 2 years.

What you'll do:
* Support the collection, validation and updating of installed base.
* Analyze the asset information to identify service opportunity, lifecycle and upgrade provisions.
* Assist in preparing reports, dashboards and customer insights.
* Prepare materials for customer meetings and lifecycle recommendations including customer training proposals.
* Participate in internal and/or customer facing discussions under supervision to understand services needs and challenges.
* Work closely with advance application team, sales and operations to gather information and align on services strategies.
* Support the engineering or applications team in drafting solutions based on advance applications under the supervision

What you'll bring:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or final year students having the ability to join full time
* Basic understanding of power assets and automation system
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
* Fluency in both Arabic and English
* UAE Nationals holding a Family Book are encouraged to apply

* Certifications in Microsoft office tools
* Previous internship or project experience in application development and services
