Corporate Communications Traineeship (m/f/d) with focus on social media
Is social media in your blood? You are creative, you work confidently on digital platforms and enjoy implementing new ideas. Deutsche Telekom's corporate communications department is one of the leaders in the corporate and telecommunications sector. As award-winning pioneers, we drive innovations in social media and digital communication and regularly set standards for modern corporate storytelling formats.
As part of the Corporate Communications traineeship, you will work on Deutsche Telekom AG's digital corporate communications - hands-on, data-based and close to current trends. As part of an agile organization, you take on responsibility early on and contribute your own ideas.

About us
Corporate Communications (COM) is responsible for Deutsche Telekom AG's internal and external corporate communications. Based on an integrated media and communication strategy, we implement topics across media and channels - from traditional formats to social media and digital platforms.
As an agile organization with flat hierarchies, we actively promote modern, digital corporate communication. Diversity is a matter of course for us: we welcome applications regardless of gender, origin, age or background.

Your tasks:
* Design, implementation and development of social media content for external channels
* Collaboration on editorial planning: topic research, maintenance of the editorial plan and coordination with specialist departments
* Preparation of complex, technical topics in understandable, target group-oriented social media formats
* Creation of platform-appropriate content - such as shorts, sliders, infographics or simple animations - in compliance with corporate design and tonality
* Publishing, scheduling and quality assurance of contributions
* Active and reactive community management in always-on operation including monitoring, moderation and escalation preparation
* Analysis of organic performance, support with reporting and derivation of learnings
* Monitoring social media trends, platform features and development of digital formats

As a trainee, you will build up a sound set of skills for modern corporate communication - with a clear focus on media.
Strategic and operational corporate communication in a corporate environment
Professional social media and digital communication with clear target group and impact orientation
Editorial work: topic development, prioritization and cross-channel storytelling
Collaboration in agile, interdisciplinary teams and projects
Performance measurement, stakeholder communication and working with KPIs and learnings
Development of creative, audiovisual content and comprehensible translation of complex technical topics for different target groups

Your profile
* Digital platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, or ChatGPT are a matter of course for you - you use them curiously and creatively
* Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master), e.g. in communication, media, PR, journalism, media design or a comparable degree program
* First, demonstrable practical experience in content creation for social media (e.g. internships, work studies, projects, agency or corporate environment)
* Very good language skills in German as well as a safe, target group-oriented approach in text and images
* Strong interest in social media, brand communication and digital formats
* Structured, independent way of working and fun managing several topics in parallel
* Team spirit, creativity and curiosity about trends, platforms and new technologies
* Experience with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe) and a willingness to learn quickly
