Graduate Development Program - Downstream Product Marketing Manager
Job Description
Our development program is a two-year journey to give you the time and space to get to know us and grow as yourself. Your personal development is at the heart of it all.
Your assignment:
Your 1st year assignment as a GDP Trainee will be supporting the continued growth of Philips global Magnetic Resonance (MR) business and work in an engaging team and international environment. You will be working on the marketing activities for the downstream MR marketing team, focusing on sales enablement, campaign activation and events.
You are responsible for:
* Managing all aspects of the downstream marketing activations
* Develop the messaging, activation and content strategy for various solutions in the MR portfolio
* Work closely with the product management and clinical team to deliver strong product marketing toolkits to the markets
* Partner with central marketing communications, event management and sales teams for a seamless customer experience and high customer engagement
* Supporting markets on behalf of the Global Business to guide on local events.
* Own physical and digital key customer relationship touchpoints, including customer testimonials and other social assets
* Actively managing, activating and ensuring Philips Global MR portfolio messages and priorities are aligned with the Philips priorities
As a GDP trainee you will receive a 2.5 years, full time employment contract with excellent labour conditions.
You're the right fit if:
* Recently graduated Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar and available per 1st September 2026
* Max 1 years of work experience straight after your graduation
* Ideally you have some experience with digital content creation, setting up online events and activation through university projects and/or internship(s)
* Thorough knowledge of modern communication tools like PowerPoint and Teams
* Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills, a customer-first attitude, team player, self-starter, digital savvy, eager and ambitious
* International experience would be a benefit
* You are willing to come to the Best office 2-3 times a week
* Business fluency in English
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Recruitment process

* Start date will be September 1st 2026
