Qualification & Experience.
* Fresh graduate with Bachelors' in Civil Engineering
* Sound knowledge in fundamentals of structural behavior and motivation to learn through real projects.
* 0-1 year of experience working on Mobility or infrastructure-related projects (academic, internship, or entry-level experience)
* Thorough working knowledge of at least one structural analysis or design software such as MIDAS, LUSAS, ROBOT, SCIA Engineering, Axis, SAP2000, IDEA StatiCa, Revit, and AutoCAD.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of relevant national design codes and Eurocodes.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of engineering and/or BIM tools acquired through coursework, academic projects, competitions, or a personal portfolio.
* Communicates effectively both orally and in writing.
* Scripting and Automation Tool Knowledge is an advantage. (VBA, Python or Grasshopper)
* Positive attitude towards Health & Safety.
* Show due regard for the environment and for the sustainable management of natural resources.
* Should be able to quickly understand and adapt to design standards.
* Collaboration mindset and willingness to work with Engineering + BIM professionals in a multi-regional environment.
* Ability to support the management of project timelines, budgets, and Health & Safety requirements under supervision.
Purpose of the Role
* Undertake simple design tasks, modelling works.
* Able to work on straightforward tasks under appropriate supervision.
* Able to produce sketches for communicating with BIM Or Engineering team to convey the basic understanding of the design.
* Actively participate and learn the Design tools / Codes / Standards.
* Understand and adhere to the Arcadis Quality Management System and working culture.
* Undertake quality check of the produced analytical models, design and drawings.
* Exposure can include (depending on projects): structural design/analysis tools and BIM platforms such as Autodesk ecosystem, FEM software, and related workflows; plus opportunities to learn/experiment with automation approaches where relevant
* Participate in Knowledge sharing sessions, work with others to enhance knowledge and insights.
