About the Project
The Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant is a landmark water infrastructure project in Western Australia. ACCIONA is delivering innovative civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and tunnelling works to help secure Perth's long-term water supply. This project brings together technical complexity, multidisciplinary delivery, and sustainable engineering solutions.

About the Opportunity
ACCIONA is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Supervisors to join the Alkimos Desalination Project. Opportunities exist across the following disciplines:
* Civils
* Structures
* Mechanical
* Electrical
* Tunnelling

As a Supervisor, you will lead site teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of major construction works across your discipline.

Key Accountabilities
* Champion and embed a proactive safety culture, ensuring all works exceed safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Supervise crews and coordinate day-to-day construction activities
* Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
* Review and implement work plans, method statements, and daily task briefings
* Deliver works to design requirements, project specifications, and schedule targets
* Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement on site
* Maintain strong communication with engineers, managers, and stakeholders
* Prepare daily progress reports, productivity records, and site documentation

Required Skills and Competencies
* Proven experience as a Supervisor in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, or tunnelling works
* Background in major infrastructure, marine, resources, or energy projects
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Ability to drive safety culture and uphold compliance standards
* Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and construction schedules
* Solid communication and problem-solving skills
* Relevant tickets/qualifications for your discipline are highly valued

Discipline-Specific Requirements:
* Civil Supervisors: FRP experience (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pour) essential
* Mechanical & Electrical Supervisors: Background in construction and commissioning for major projects
* Tunnelling Supervisors: Experience in tunnelling operations and/or Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs)
