We're looking for trainers to support the CX processes. This role helps ensure smooth CX operations and outstanding service delivery.

About the roles
Your main duties, depending on the role and seniority level, may include, but are not limited to the following:
* Design and deliver CX training aligned with service standards.
* Facilitate trainings that reinforce customer-centric behaviors.
* Ensure consistent CX execution across all stores.
* Partner with Operations to support CX initiatives.
* Measure training impact through feedback and performance.
* Update training materials based on business needs.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
* Fluency in English B2 level or higher.
* Team orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organization
* Prior experience in training in retail.
