Job Description

Safety first! You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries. You will as well undertake management of testing programs required by local legislation

How you will contribute

You will:
* Provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and effectively manage the site health program, including managing work related and non-work related injuries and illnesses
* Coordinate preventative health and wellness programs to drive a reduction in work related injuries
* Provide Initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured (trauma) patients
* Support the development of health related policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the site including the delivery of training where necessary
* Management , maintenance and administration of medical equipment and consumables in line with legal and medical standards including audit of equipment and storing, dispensing, administering and safe disposal of medicines
* Assess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measures

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
* Relevant qualifications in the area of Occupational Health or claims management. Qualified Doctor or Nursing practitioner
* Diploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related discipline
* Relevant experience in OHS (Occupational Safety and Health)
* Strong experience in an Injury Management & Rehabilitation role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislative requirements

O que você precisa saber sobre esta função:
Suportar o programa de saude ocupacional, desenhando processos e gerenciando KPIs garantindo hamonização na Unidades Curitiba. Garantir compliance legal e interfaces governamentais, incluindo auditorias e mudanças de legislação. Fazer interface junto a jurídico, Medicina do trabalho, RH beneficios, e engenharia para implementacao de programas de saude visando reduzir custos de saúde, absenteísmo e presenteísmo.

Quais ingredientes extras você trará:
- Fazer análises detalhadas do scorecard com os principais KPIs de saúde, entre eles OIFR, número e estratifcação de atestados, absenteísmo relacionado a queixas ocupacionais e não ocupacionais, criticidade de postos ergonômicos, funcionários restritos, custo de plano de saúde e estratificaçao de grupos de alto custo, cronicos e desenhar estratégias de melhorias e road map estratégico
- criar sistemáticas de análises da base de exames ocupacionais, atestados e plano de saúde identificando grupos de alto custo e crônicos e endereçar programas de promoção de saúde com objetivo de redução de faltas, produtividade e custos do plano de saúde e criar planos de ação de melhorias
- manter-se atualizado sobre a legislação vigente e conduzir assessments de avaliação de cumprimento legal.
- Garantir o cumprimento do eSocial e dar seguimento as ações necessárias para adequação
- desenhar interfaces com time da folha de pagamento garantindo integridade de todos dados necessários e simplificaçao de processos
- Ministrar treinamentos do pilar saúde para a unidade Curitiba
- Liderar plano de açao de redução de FAP

Educação / Certificações:
Necessário tecnico na área de saúde (Técnico de Enfermagem) com COREN ativo

Requisitos específicos do trabalho:
Experiência em data analytics é desejável

Horário de trabalho: Horário comercial, presencial de Seg a Sex em Curitiba/PR
