Motor Claims Specialist

What you do :
* Actively communicates with clients regarding the registration and processing of motor claims.
* Receives and registers insurance claims under the policies managed by the Claims Settlement Department of Allianz Bulgaria Insurance Company.
* Requests, processes, and administers documents certifying the occurrence of an insured event.
* Resolves technical issues in claims settlement in accordance with established internal rules and authority levels.
* Works with relevant information systems.
* Conducts oral and written correspondence with external and internal clients, including but not limited to the Ministry of Interior, the Prosecutor's Office, and other institutions.

What you bring :
* Education - university degree in economics or engineering, or final-year student in a relevant field.
* Excellent communication skills - daily interaction with clients.
* Very good computer literacy.
* Advantage - experience and knowledge in the insurance industry.
* Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team.
* Working level of English.
* Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
