Contract Duration: 1 Year

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Strategist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, on a one-year contract. In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing frameworks that enhance our understanding of user behavior and UX metrics.

Project Key Responsibilities | Tasks to Complete:

1. Metric Development and Alignment:

o Deliver strategic recommendations for behavioral KPI metrics that align with broader company objectives.

o Develop a comprehensive proposal for behavioral metric tracking, ensuring consistent UX metrics application across different sub-solutions and Lines of Business (LOBs) by the end of 2026.

o Develop a unified UX/PX taxonomy classification model.

o Ensure UX/PX taxonomy is integrated into the UX Insights Hub by Q3 and the One Product Planning Workspace by year-end.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in UX strategy and research, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

· Expertise in developing and implementing UX metrics and evaluation frameworks.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

· Experience with taxonomy development and classification models.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
