Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment | Costa Rica y Panamá

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct and moderate commercial demand review discussions at customer level, taking into consideration the statistical baseline at SKU level, sell-out market trends, historical data, and commercial plans, ensuring alignment with country and regional demand plans.
* Provide structured inputs into the demand planning process, ensuring consistency between customer-driven insights and overall forecast assumptions.
* Monitor and manage service and inventory KPIs (DOI, InStock, inventory dispersion and coverage, Fill Rate, OOS), identifying risks and coordinating corrective actions with Commercial and Supply Chain departments.
* Track and improve product availability and distribution across channels, identifying gaps and opportunities in market coverage.
* Evaluate the performance of promotions, activations, and launches, providing data-driven insights on demand behavior and forecast deviations. Provide planning and performance analysis at customers level, focusing on demand visibility, inventory health, and service levels as support to commercial management and decision making.
* Generate actionable insights on demand trends, risks, and opportunities to support business planning, commercial strategy, and other cross-functional decision-making.
* Drive continuous improvement in quality of sell through and sell out data, forecasting inputs, and planning processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and better business visibility.
WHO YOU ARE
* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related.
* 3-5 years in Demand Planning, CPFR, Supply Chain, or Commercial Planning or related.
* Experience managing customer-level data (sell-out, inventory, distribution).
* Intermediate - Advanced English proficiency.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Understanding of forecasting and demand planning processes.
