What is this role all about?
CPaaS Registrations Administrator is an entry level role within Infobip Platform Operations, responsible for delivering technical services to internal and external customers. The role focuses on ensuring that services related to traffic registration, administration, and maintenance are delivered accurately and on time.
The role involves working on various assignments with a high level of accountability, collaborating with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), clients, and continuously developing knowledge and expertise in global traffic registration.
Contract type: Student job
Hourly rate: 6.6 EUR/hour
Working hours: minimum 30 hours/week, ideally 40 hours/week
Working shift: 14:00-22:00 (Remote)
Onboarding: first week on-site, after that, you will have mentor support remotely
Duration: 4 months (with the possibility of staying in the company after that)
Locations: Osijek, Zagreb
Number of students: 5
What you'll do:
Sender & Traffic Registration
* Register and maintain messaging traffic for the US
* Administer Infobip sender database
* Process customer sender registration requests and register senders with MNOs and suppliers
* Support region specific and product specific registration processes
* Enable and manage 2way communication (MO resources, keywords setup, etc.)
* Register OTT traffic for RCS
Traffic Security & Compliance
* Ensure traffic security by applying content restrictions and template registrations
* Monitor and control traffic in line with internal and external regulations
Troubleshooting & Support
* Troubleshoot sender and 2way related issues with clients and internal stakeholders
* Resolve cases where existing sender setups are not working
* Answer inquiries related to sender registration and guide stakeholders through the process
Customer Satisfaction
* Act as a reliable technical point of contact
* Handle service requests with high quality and customer satisfaction in mind
Internal Improvements & Documentation
* Update internal databases with technical and regulatory information
* Document procedures and best practices and share them with the team
* Follow process changes and ensure work accuracy
Learning & Development
* Participate in internal training and continuous education
* Learn and work with Infobip tools and technical processes
