Join us as Student Assistant in Global Arla Brand, where you will work closely with senior stakeholders, drive your own deliverables, and help build the success of some of the strongest FMCG brands.
The Global Arla Brand team defines, develops and drives strategy and growth plans for Arla's Masterbrand and global sub-brands (Arla Protein, Arla Cultura, Arla LactoFREE, Arla Skyr, Arla Apetina and Arla Organic) in close cooperation with our core European markets. We are a cross-functional group within Brand, Innovation and Commercial Management, spread across Europe. We move fast, value strong ownership, and like to turn insights into action-while still making sure we enjoy the journey together.
How you will make an impact
You will report directly to the Director for Global Arla Brand and Sustainability and have day-to-day sparring with a Global Brand Manager. In this role you will run with your own workstreams, keep stakeholders aligned, and deliver high-quality outputs with limited supervision. You will support the Arla Masterbrand & Sustainability, Ethics First, Arla Skyr and Arla Apetina teams with tasks such as
* Own budget tracking and support purchase order creation and follow-up.
* Track performance and turn numbers into clear takeaways and next steps.
* Keep our Global Brand Hub and other platforms updated-structured, accurate and easy to use.
* Dive into category and marketing data to spot commercial opportunities and share recommendations.
* Plan and support events end-to-end (products, merchandise, internal logistics and agency coordination).
* Support the Global Arla Brand leadership team with travel planning and practical coordination.
* Jump in on ad hoc tasks (desk research, competitor scans, finding assets, consolidating learnings) and close the loop with clear outputs.
What will make you successful
We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc. or M.Sc. within e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Innovation or similar. You are curious about the FMCG industry, brand marketing and working in a global organization. To succeed, you enjoy taking initiative, creating structure in ambiguity, and delivering independently-while knowing when to ask the right questions. A curious, creative and analytical mindset is key, and you bring energy, confidence and a strong drive to learn. It is essential that
* You have a "can do" attitude and take ownership-no task is too big or too small.
* You are proactive and reliable you follow through, keep things on track, and deliver on time.
* You learn fast, enjoy both routine and ad hoc tasks, and look for ways to improve how we work.
* You coordinate confidently across teams and can work with multiple stakeholders without losing detail.
* You create structure in your work plan ahead, prioritize, and solve problems pragmatically.
* You are detail-oriented and able to pull insights from complex data.
* You are proficient in English and communicate clearly and professionally.
* You are confident in the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
What do we offer
The position is 15 hours a week placed preferably over two-three days a week with necessary flexibility around your exams, and you will be based at our Viby office.
