The Opportunity

Established in different European countries mainly in France, the Service Center Identity Trust & Authentication (ITA) designs, implements and hosts applications of payment which are based on multi-channel of authentication methods.

You will participate in the evolution of our Belgium Cloud Wallet product as Project Manager/Product Owner.

The Belgium Cloud Wallet solution offers to its Belgium Customers, secured wallets in which cards can be used to make different kind of Payments.

As being Project Manager/Product Owner for our Belgium Cloud Wallet you :

* handle the Business projects, evolutions and roadmap follow up

* ensure the internal coordination with our ecosystem, with aim to reinforce continuously the quality of your product supported per your Lead Developers.

As being Project Manager/Product Owner for our Belgium Cloud Wallet you integrate, as well, our International Chapter ( Members present in Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Baltics, Romania) composed of Product Owners, Projects Managers, Business analysts, Service Delivery Managers and Release Managers.

Day-to-day Responsabilities

The project manager is a key resource in our project delivery with our Benelux customers, providing a seriously good and structured approach of delivery, together with his counterpart at customer side, and considering all necessary steps and dependencies to be developed / configured (functional + technical).

Project Mode  :

* Project management in sensitive technical and business environments (payment)

* Management of all stages: Specifications, Documentation Gathering, Project Roadmap definition & project plan, functional and technical study, design, production, test & bench, customer acceptance, production and monitoring

* Customer relationship management (communication, project organization and customer meetings, planning, regular status, ...)

* Budget management & Financial monitoring of the project

* Monitoring of risk, security specs, ...

* Follow up of the production deliveries (run activities), build to run transfer

* Coordination and direct / transverse management of multi-site teams

* Candidate will be able to work on both business and technical projects, in an agile / squad context.

Who Are we looking for

We are looking for people who can drive positive change, move things forward, and lead the way - individuals who are passionate, have a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow. In practice, this means:

* Engineer or coming from the university Bachelor +5 years

* An experience in project management of at least 3-5 years is a must

* Technical skills could be an asset (no expertise)

* Work in AGILE method

* Mastering ITSM tools and in particular JIRA admin would be an asset

* Fluency in English is required

* In terms of skills : serious, communicative, dynamic, rigorous, autonomous
