Job Description

Your missions within the team
As a Sales Manager at BPCE Equipment Solutions France, within the framework of a job creation, you will be at the heart of our development strategy, playing a key role in growth in the Transport, Industry and Construction sector.

Your mission will be to establish and maintain fruitful relationships with our partners in order to stimulate sales financing in a geographical area that you will have to cover, in close collaboration with their sales forces!

You will be responsible for the conclusion of the funding files that will be entrusted to you by the Commercial Department.

You will be led to prospect, lead and retain a portfolio of carefully identified partners. Your goal? Introduce and adopt the services of BPCE ES FR to meet their financing needs.

Your main activities will include:

* Prospecting and Animation: Identify and retain a portfolio of strategic partners to use our financing services.
* Achieving Targets: You will commit to meeting and even exceeding sales targets in terms of volumes and profitability.
* Management of Sales Activities: Set up, monitor and coordinate all sales activities, including negotiation with customers and preparation of contracts.
* Customer Development: Develop and maintain a strong base of existing customers while seeking new opportunities.
* Close Collaboration: Work with the BPCE ES FR teams, as well as the account managers of the BPCE group, to offer customized solutions.
* Transaction Structuring: Bring a creative approach to transaction structuring to maximize business opportunities.
* Partner Training: Provide tools and training to sales representatives to help them capture new business.
* Proactive Negotiations: Actively participate in client meetings to negotiate pricing and propose tailored solutions.
* Visibility during Events: Represent BPCE ES FR at trade shows and events to present our financing solutions.
* Processing of Requests: Forward funding requests to the Risk Department,
