Job Description:
The Associate Engineer Technical Services provides technical support/advanced troubleshooting and drives continuous product, process, and packaging improvement at MW factory locations. The position is a member of the MSE Focused Improvement (FI), FMOS Pillars and support Q Pillar initiatives; leads/executes improvement projects and mentors/trains others in problem solving methodologies. Additionally, this role manages R&D line trials by coordinating requests with the site value stream, R&D, Engineering and Commercial to ensure optimal execution and knowledge capture.

Minimum Requirements
* Associate's degree (preferably in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines)
* 2+ years engineering, manufacturing or related food industry experience
* Ability to work in teams, collaborate and influence others

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines)

What will be your key responsibilities?
* Implements new and improved products, processes, systems, methodologies, and packaging
* Designs, manages, communicates and documents line trials
* Develops and implements financial and quality continuous improvements through the application of complex problem-solving techniques, contributing to overall site CI goals through the completion of at least 2 Six Sigma projects per year
* Supports development of standard run conditions as part of new product/process/pack validation
* Leverages standard run conditions to develop statistical process control settings and ranges. Adds new sample plans to system
* Participates in Quality Management Programs (QMP) such as but not limited to Internal Audits, CAPA's, S-CAPA's
