As a Manager, you connect people, performance, and processes.
You lead teams, develop talent, and make sure commercial goals come alive in everyday operations.

You keep an eye on sales, service, and store atmosphere \u2013 all at the same time.

Together with the Store Manager, you make decisions, set priorities, and push the store forward every day. Your impact is visible everywhere \u2013 in the team, on the floor, and in the numbers.
