Job Description

1.Training on the changes & refresh training on ESD, Quality issue , HSE , Change WI,
2.Work instruction changes - I station - TQS
3.ECR changes - impact in Associate WI
4.Conduct hands-on and theoretical training sessions
5.Provide on-the-job coaching and correct mistakes in real-time.
6.Document training sessions, attendance, and progress reports.
7.Address employee queries or challenges in skill development
8.Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments or observations.
9.Update and refine training materials based on production feedback.
10.Conduct refresher training for employees who need improvement

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications

BE electrical / Electronics with 3 to 5 years or Diploma with 5 to 8 years
