For the strengthening of the Group Compliance team- which plays a strategic role in TeamSystem's business development-we are looking for an AI Regulatory Compliance Expert with expertise in AI risk & compliance and cybersecurity regulation. The role will support the implementation and monitoring of key European digital regulatory frameworks (AI Act, NIS2, CRA, DORA, etc.).

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of governance models in a challenging technological and regulatory environment, working on cutting-edge topics and supporting responsible innovation.
Your objective, in collaboration with Legal, Cybersecurity, and Data & AI teams, will be to interpret regulations, translate them into the company context, and contribute to building a solid governance framework for AI and cyber risk.

Key responsibilities:

* Analyze AI and cybersecurity regulations, identifying their concrete impact on the organization;
* Support the analysis and implementation of requirements stemming from European and national digital regulations (AI Act, Data Act, NIS2, DORA, etc.);
* Contribute to the definition and update of compliance policies, procedures, and controls;
* Map business processes impacted by digital strategy, cybersecurity, and AI regulations;
* Participate in gap analysis, risk assessment, and remediation activities;
* Support internal/external audits and stakeholder interactions;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation;
* Prepare materials and presentations for top management, using clear and business-oriented language;
* Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements;
* Analyze key issues emerging from compliance projects to support continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

* Background in Legal, Risk Management, or Economics;
* Experience in managing compliance or regulatory projects;
* Ability to understand complex regulations and translate them into practical applications;
* Interest or experience in AI regulation (AI Act) and cybersecurity (NIS2/DORA);
* Fluent English (C1 level or above);
* Pragmatic approach, autonomy, and results orientation.
