Location: Milan
Team: Operations Controlling - Danone Italy

Your Mission
As a Junior Operations Controller, you will be part of the team driving operational performance across the business. You will use advanced digital tools (SAP, Power BI, Tagetik) to turn complex data into clear insights, enabling efficient, data-driven management of industrial and logistics costs.
What You Will Do
- Support the monthly closing of material and logistics costs, analyzing variances and identifying key drivers.
- Contribute to official group reporting in collaboration with Italian supply chain, Greek controlling, and Europe Finance Operations teams.
- Update monthly forecasts on costs and volumes.
- Participate in the rolling forecast.
- Support business cases for innovation.
- Work with SAP, Power BI, Tagetik, and other digital tools to enhance analysis.

Who You Are
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or similar fields.
- 0–2 years of experience, but with a strong desire for growth
- Curious, proactive, analytical. You love to work in a team and challenges energize you.
- Passionate about data and digital tools.
- Fluent in English.
