Quality Continuous Improvement & KPI Specialist

This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a robust data-driven quality system. The specialist will lead efforts in data analysis, action plan activation, and the digitalization of quality reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Experience with data analysis tools and quality management software. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
