What you'll do?
* Drive and own end-to-end marketing operations, ensuring programs are rolled out, and scaled effectively to support vertical service level performance
* Design, build, and deploy AI-powered bots and workflows using AI tools (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to automate and facilitate marketing operations tasks
* Establish and maintain operational processes, playbooks, and SOPs to support consistent execution at scale
* Stay current on AI tooling and marketing ops best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

What You'll Need
* Interest in start-ups and travel products
* Fluent spoken and written English or Chinese
* Result-oriented and detail-focused
* A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, comfortable working independently when needed
* Team player able to operate in a matrix environment that's fast-paced and constantly evolving

Nice to Have
* Prior experience with marketing operations, program management, or growth operations, ideally in travel, e-commerce, or a fast-scaling start-up
* Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for workflow automation or building simple bots/agents
