Job Title: Product Management Professional

The Product Management Professional is responsible primarily for the product lifecycle management, ensuring the automation, motion and drives portfolio remains competitive, market-ready, compliant, and effectively positioned across Latin America. The role secures sellability, feeds customers and market requirements into the portfolio roadmap, and equips the sales organization with the knowledge, value argumentation, and competitive positioning needed to win with customers.

How you will make an Impact with us
* Ensures portfolio readiness, sellability, and orderability to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Consolidate customer, market, and industry requirements and translate them into actionable inputs for global portfolio roadmaps and lifecycle management.
* Act as the voice of the market, influencing portfolio strategy, product enhancements, and innovation priorities.
* Lead market, product, and competitive intelligence initiatives to identify new opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Global Product Management teams.
* Develop compelling value propositions, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, certifications, and market requirements across the region.
* Acts as the strategic arm for sales enablement by training sales teams, partners, and other business areas on how to position, demonstrate, and sell the portfolio effectively.
* Develops value-based argumentation, winning guides, promotions, and campaign input with Marketing to highlight portfolio strengths, create customer value, and differentiate against competition.
* Contribute to revenue growth, profitability improvement, and business expansion through effective portfolio management.

What you bring
We are looking for a senior product management professional who can translate market insights into portfolio strategy, influence global roadmaps, and deliver measurable business impact through effective lifecycle management and commercial excellence through cross-functional collaboration and customer-centric execution.
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial, or a related field.)
* MBA or advanced degree is considered an advantage.

* Experience & Skills
* Extensive experience in industrial automation, drives technologies, motion control, digitalization, or related industries.
* Proven track record in portfolio management, product management, business development, product marketing, sales enablement, or strategic planning.
* Strong understanding of industrial automation markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
* Deep understanding of automation, drives and motion portfolios, market positioning, and product lifecycle management.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
* Ability to translate customer needs into business opportunities and portfolio actions.
* Strong collaboration and results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution and accountability.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Fluent Spanish and English required.
* Portuguese is an advantage.
