About this Position

Responsible for defining and executing the master data strategy to support business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. This role leads data governance, data quality, and master data capabilities while partnering with commercial, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable data processes that accelerate time-to-market and business performance.

What you´ll do

* Define and own the Master Data Management (MDM) strategy aligned with global standards and business objectives.
* Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business data requirements and dependencies.
* Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
* Lead initiatives that improve data quality, consistency, and availability across the organization.
* Drive digital transformation projects through effective data management capabilities.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate future business needs and translate them into data strategies.
* Promote MDM as a critical function across commercial and operational organizations.
* Define and monitor KPIs related to data quality, process efficiency, and operational performance.
* Identify risks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement innovative technology solutions.
* Lead, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring high employee engagement and career progression.
