Orange Systemsis looking for a new colleague to fill in the position ofCustomer Operations Agentto work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:
* contract activation and cancellation
* solving the errors regarding TV and Internet activation
* TV and Internet installation checks and follow-ups
* data processing, adjustments and corrections
what we are looking for:
* Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
* High responsibility and attention to details skills
* Customer oriented and reliable person
* Ability to deliver results under pressure
* Good written, reading, comprehension and verbal communication skills in English
