Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 5 years, we have:

💼 Your Mission
Electra is scaling fast across Europe, and our centralized People Ops model is ready for its next chapter. As we deepen our footprint in Benelux, we're hiring someone to own local execution on the ground keeping things fast, compliant, and human while staying tightly aligned with our central People Ops team based in Paris.
This role is the perfect fit for you if you find it energizing to be the first line for local People Ops across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg!
🦸♀️🦸♂️Your responsibilities
1) People Ops BeNeLux
You run recurring local People operations with a zero-error mindset. This is where you spend most of your time, and where your reliability makes the biggest difference.
* Payroll operations support (Benelux): coordinate monthly cycles with providers, collect/validate inputs, track changes, follow up on corrections, and ensure clean handoffs between local stakeholders and HQ processes.
* Employee administration: prepare and track key lifecycle admin (onboarding/offboarding steps, contract amendments, changes in working time/salary/role), and maintain documentation and audit trail.
* Leave & absence administration (Lucca): manage leave and absence in Lucca; run the local playbook, handle corrections and exceptions, and keep everything aligned with payroll.
* HRIS data quality (Lucca): a commitment to keeping our records accurate, updated and drive cleanup routines.
* Employee first-line support: be the first point of contact for day-to-day employee questions on payroll, leave, benefits, and admin - re-routing complex or sensitive topics to central People Ops or PBPs.
2) Onboarding & employee experience
You're the local relay for every new joiner and leaver in Benelux, making sure the experience is smooth, compliant, and genuinely welcoming.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding across managers, IT, Finance, and external partners so nothing falls through the cracks.
* Making sure all newcomers have the equipment and goodies they need from their first day.
* Maintain local onboarding checklists, ensure documents and system updates are completed on time, and monitor 'new joiner' feedback loops.
3) Benefits & local compliance support
Keep our benefits running reliably and stay ahead of regulatory changes and trends - so employees always know what they're entitled to and surprises are rare.
* Support benefits administration locally (notably in Belgium) and ensure employee-facing processes are clear and reliable.
* Monitor upcoming local changes engage the right stakeholders early, and escalate to central People Ops or legal partners when needed.
4) Office Management (where relevant)
Depending on local setup, you'll also support office operations - workplace logistics, vendor coordination, and anything that makes the day-to-day environment delightful for the team.
5) Stabilize, document, and improve
This isn't only an execution role. You'll also strengthen the system you're running because good ops means turning reactivity into proactivity.
* Identify gaps, recurring errors, and unclear ownership; propose fixes and standardization.
* Contribute to People Ops tooling/process improvements (Lucca hygiene, documentation, workflow simplification).
* Partner with HQ People Ops on global Ops projects (for example: Implementation of tools, changing to a global payroll provider, implementing benefits, revamping of the employee experience) and the shift toward more data-driven, streamlined operations.
😎 Your Profile
Experience
* 4+ years in People Operations in a fast-paced environment (scale-up preferred).
* Hands-on experience coordinating payroll inputs and HR admin (multi-provider environments a plus).
* Comfort working in a matricial model with local leadership + central governance.
Skills
* Extremely detail-oriented; strong operational rigor and reliability.
* Strong organization skills: can run multiple parallel processes (payroll cycles, onboarding, amendments) without drops.
* Confident with HR tools (Lucca strongly preferred) and process documentation.
* Strong stakeholder management: managers, Finance, IT, payroll providers.
Languages
* Fluent French, English & Dutch required
