As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

How you will contribute

You will:
* Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participates in the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
* Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PM-Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; owns the R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget of the line
* Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and build capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department level
* Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forums
* Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant

* Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s)at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools
* The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach
* The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on their performance management and career development

Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición:

Planificar, programar y gestionar las Órdenes de Trabajo (WO) en SAP PM, garantizando la ejecución eficiente del mantenimiento preventivo (YM02) y correctivo programado (YM05) de la planta, asegurando la disponibilidad de recursos (HH, repuestos, servicios), el cumplimiento de los indicadores de desempeño del área; y el análisis de pérdidas generada por la gestión de mantenimiento.

3.1 Gestión de Órdenes de Trabajo (WO)
* Crear, planificar y priorizar WO en SAP PM en función a notificaciones, anomalías y requerimientos de trabajo.
* Revisar y cruzar los planes de mantenimiento preventivo (PM) para la creación de WO tipo YM05.
* Estimar y registrar la fecha de inicio (start date) en cada WO según priorización.
* Asegurar el cierre correcto de todos los tipos de WO (preventivas, correctivas, breakdown).
* Confirmar WO de Shutdown Maintenance luego de ejecutadas.
* Garantizar que las WO YM01 sean confirmadas al final de cada turno por el técnico responsable.

3.2 Programación Semanal
* Programar todos los recursos necesarios para paradas planificadas: tiempo, HH, repuestos y servicios.
* Cruzar tiempos de parada con el planeamiento de producción y facilitadores (down days).
* Elaborar el Gantt semanal de actividades de mantenimiento.
* Coordinar con Líderes de Mantenimiento, Técnicos y Cuña el SWP Shutdown Maintenance.

3.3 Revisión de Resultados y Retroalimentación
* Revisar los resultados de ejecución de WO con TECO para retroalimentar el plan de mantenimiento.
* Retroalimentar al líder de mantenimiento a fin de mejorar los reportes de las WO.
* Analizar desvíos entre lo planificado y lo ejecutado, proponiendo acciones de mejora.
* Revisar visualmente el cumplimiento de actividades del equipo técnico (frecuencia semanal).

3.4 Planes de Mantenimiento en SAP
* Crear y actualizar los planes de mantenimiento en SAP PM en función a nuevas estrategias.
* Gestionar el cronograma anual de mantenimiento incluyendo costos proyectados.
* Mantener actualizados los datos maestros de equipos y planes preventivos.

3.5 Gestión de Costos y Notificaciones
* Monitorear el presupuesto de mantenimiento (repuestos + servicios) por línea de producción.
* Gestionar notificaciones de anomalías y requerimientos de trabajo, asignando prioridad y recursos.
* Reportar KPIs de mantenimiento: cumplimiento de PM, MTTR, MTBF, backlog de WO.
Educación/ Titulaciones:
* Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o afines (titulado o bachiller).

Requisitos específicos del puesto:
* Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en planificación y programación de mantenimiento en planta industrial.
* Experiencia en uso de SAP PM (módulo de mantenimiento de planta) - indispensable.
* Experiencia en industria de Consumo Masivo o Alimentos deseable.
* Metodologías: TPM, RCM, FMEA (deseable).
* Elaboración de Gantt y programación de recursos (HH, materiales, servicios).
* Gestión de repuestos y servicios de mantenimiento (Repuestos + Contratos).
* Indicadores de mantenimiento: MTTR, MTBF, OEE, cumplimiento de PM.
* Microsoft Office: Excel intermedio - avanzado, Power BI (deseable).
