Job Purpose

As a Buyer at TechnipFMC, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring assigned goods and services, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support business needs, mitigate supply risks, and contribute to procurement excellence.

Job Description

* Fulfills inquiring and purchasing activities within time and budget
* Makes sure all the information necessary for issuing the inquiry is available
* Checks purchasing conditions are applicable to the project and if not, reports to the Project Procurement Manager
* Expedites bids
* Conducts all negotiations with vendor
* Prepares the purchase order documents in due time and checks for quality
* Contributes to recovery of amounts with important clients relevant to back-charges already notified to the vendors

You are meant for this job if:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years in the related field - working as Buyer, or similar
* English language - strong knowledge is a must, minimum B2/C1
* Negotiation skills
* Willingness to work 4 days a week from our Krakow office
