Within Global Technology Supply Chain D&T, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced technology specialist to join our DBB Production Team. The DBB Production team is part of the HBS (Heineken Business Services) in Kraków and we are committed to making Heineken the most connected brewery. That includes digitalising and integrating our processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.

DBB Production team within our D&T Supply Chain Domain provides services to our shopfloor operators and technicians to make their life easier in an increasingly complex world. The Production and Quality IT Specialist (Parsable, IOT, Industry 4.0), is part of the Product team and is one of the professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organisation to organise and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimises the Product Team's overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Your responsibilities would include:

Product Development
· Work with Product Owner and Architect to elicit, analyse, and document requirements
· Translate business requirements and user stories into implementable solutions
· Deliver product enhancements within agreed timelines and quality standards

Quality & Technical Debt Management
· Track and prioritise technical debt
· Define and enforce quality standards
· Proposed solution and delivery

Development & Automation
· Engineer scalable and maintainable solutions
· Automate build, deployment, testing, and monitoring workflows
· Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices
· design and document test cases to support quality assurance · Reduce manual operations through scripting

Continuous Improvement (Service & Product)
· Refinement, Development, Testing, Release processes
· Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and standards
· Simplify system design and reduce unnecessary complexity

Service Delivery & Operations
· Operate and evolve production systems
· Monitor system health, incidents, and performance metrics
· Manage service improvements

Security Operations
· Embed security into design and operations
· Enforce secure configuration, access control, and data protection
· Integrate security controls into development and delivery pipelines

Technical Documentation
· Maintain technical transparency
· Document architectures, interfaces, configurations, and runbooks

You are a good candidate if you have:

Must Have:
· English fluency, both written and spoken
· Proven track record in the manufacturing IT environment (minimum of 5+ years), expertise and experience on Industry 4.0 of experience working with many stakeholders
· Developing skills and experience in Azure Functions
· Team-player mindset, working at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
· Ability to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and bring an open mind to understanding and build on the views of others
· Production area IT experience
· Proficiency in Python for reliable, testable services and automation supporting production systems
· Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including automated build, test, and deployment using Git-based workflows
· Experience working in an ITIL-based service delivery model, including incident, problem, change, and release management
· Experience in working with Agile methodology and working with tools Jira & Confluence

Nice to Have:
· Task Management applications like Parsable, SwipeGuide
· ERP systems (SAP S4 Hana), Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) o Maintenance Management systems like Maximo, SAP PM, Quality Systems
· Experience with workflow-driven platforms/Service Delivery/ ITIL solutions (e.x. ServiceNow)
· Experience with Azure / Entra ID
· Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions
· Practical experience applying security / integration -by-design principles in application development and cloud environments
· Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting to support reliable and observable production systems
· Experience with safety, maintenance and continuous improvement processes in a manufacturing environment like:
