IT&Data - Solution Architect (Supply Planning)

The IT & Data Solution Architect - Supply Planning is responsible for end-to-end architecture, governance, integration design, and continuous evolution of Supply Planning solutions.
The role ensures scalable, sustainable, and business-aligned planning capabilities across Danone Supply Planning tools and connected systems while governing data, integrations, infrastructure, and tenant strategy all in line with Product vision.

Key responsibilities

Architecture Design & Governance

* Design overall Supply Planning architecture and ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture.
* Own E2E Supply Planning process governance.
* Design and govern Supply Planning infrastructure and architecture.
* Define and govern tenant strategy.
* Drive continuous improvement and solution evolution.

Integration & Data Governance & Monitoring

* Define integration patterns with satellite systems and enterprise platforms.
* Own outbound interface design and governance.
* Govern Supply Planning data objects and data quality.
* Maintain architectural integrity across tenants when multi-tenant in same technology
* Design monitoring for data flows, integrations, and planning processes.
* Ensure solution performance, stability, and sustainability.
* Support release governance and deployment activities.

Stakeholder management and governance

* Ensure alignment between business needs and product roadmap
* Participate to the governance forum
* Act as main architecture contact for business and IT&Data teams.
* Coordinate with technical team (GTI & D&A) teams on infrastructure and platform topics.
* Provide technical guidance to development and configuration teams.

* Supply Planning architecture blueprint and roadmap
* Approved solution design documents
* Architecture and technical design documentation
* Inbound and outbound integration standards
* Data governance and monitoring framework
* Tenant strategy and governance documentation
* Continuous improvement backlog and release architecture governance

Required skills & experience

* Master's degree in IT, Data, engineering or business
* 8+ years in solution architecture, supply chain planning, or IT enterprise delivery 
* Strong Supply Planning process knowledge
* Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT, and drive vendors.
* Experience working in complex delivery ecosystems (multiple vendors and internal teams) with a strong execution mindset
* Data-driven and solution-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement, user experience, and business value delivery
* Experience in integrations, APIs, and data architecture
