Job Description:

AI Solution Development
* Design and develop agentic systems, machine learning models, and AI algorithms.
* Lead the implementation of scalable AI products aligned with business and user needs.
* Deploy and operate AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
* Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of AI systems in production.
Data & Model Engineering
* Design and oversee scalable data pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments.
* Lead data preprocessing, ingestion, and transformation activities.
* Establish data quality controls and monitor data drift.
* Guide model training, evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization.
Integration & Deployment
* Integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows.
* Manage production deployments, monitoring, versioning, and maintenance.
Collaboration & Communication
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
* Maintain clear technical documentation.
* Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Research & Innovation
* Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
* Experiment with new approaches to improve existing and future solutions.

Qualifications:

Required Skills
* Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
* Hands-on experience building and deploying AI and ML systems.
* Strong proficiency in Python.
* Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, pydantic-ai, strands, Agent-ai).
* Solid knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
* Experience in NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP welcome).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience working in cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
* Polish skills
