Your role:

* Accurate and timely order entry in SAP
* Coordination of the end-to-end order delivery process
* Close cooperation with key stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillment Managers, Demand Planners, Warehouse team, Carriers, Accounting)
* Investigation and resolution of customer queries
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Participation in process improvement projects

You're the right fit if you have:

* A Bachelor's degree or a vocational (MBO) degree with relevant work experience
* Previous experience in Order Management (a strong plus)
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* Strong communication skills
* English at B2 level and French at C1 level
* Knowledge of logistics or supply chain (nice to have)
* Cultural awareness and a proactive mindset
