As a Client Advisor, you will consistently exceed client expectations through a personable and engaging approach, driving both individual and team success.
Proven experience in a similar retail environment. Client-centric mindset with a passion for consistently exceeding expectations. Proven track record of achieving individual targets and contributing to collective team results. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic in your approach to clients and team members. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to achieve performance goals while maintaining a collaborative team spirit. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture a client portfolio. Flexible, agile, and creative in your approach, with a naturally inclusive and open-minded mindset. Deeply passionate and knowledgeable about our products and the luxury industry. Committed team player with a strong collaborative approach across key stakeholders. Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus
