Role Description
If you are a critical thinker and have expertise in the handling of either Motor Personal Injury, Commercial Property, Home, Casualty or Financial Lines claims, we have a number of quality assurance roles available. Capability across multiple claims disciplines/lines of business is preferred but no essential, as is previous experience of performing quality assurance.
Your role may involve assessing the effectiveness of claims handling as well as the services provided by our suppliers. You may also be performing themed reviews, designing and performing reviews as well as producing detailed reports that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders across claims and our claims suppliers.
Location: This role can be based in either of our Guildford, Milton Keynes, Chelmsford, Bournemouth, Birmingham or Bristol offices. This is a hybrid role.
Salary Information
Circa £45,000
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
Your insight will drive performance improvements and directly contribute to the success of claims.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews on Motor PI, Commercial Property/Casualty and Financial Lines claims and Claims Suppliers
* Design and perform claims and claims supplier themed reviews
* Engage with key stakeholders throughout
* Produce detailed analysis and actionable insight to continuously improve customer outcomes, financial outcomes and performance effectiveness
Essential Skills
If you have a keen eye for detail, critical thinking and a passion for driving excellence in claims management, we would love to hear from you.
* Must have proven experience in insurance claims and/or quality assurance.
* Comprehensive understanding of Motor Personal Injury, Home, Commercial Property, or Casualty, Disease and Financial Lines claim processes
* Ability to conduct in-depth quality assurance reviews with little supervision
* Well-developed analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Experience in sourcing and managing audit sample lists
* Capability to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement
* Relevant industry qualifications and proven experience in insurance claims and/or quality assurance
* Well-developed organisational and time management abilities
* Adaptability to work in both remote and office-based environments
* Ability to coach and mentor less experienced team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing
* Skilled in liaising with business owners and relationship managers to drive improved outcomes for customers and enhance overall business performance
