Project Manager - Hotel & Leisure Sector (Construction Consultancy)

The project:
We require a project manager who will be responsible for the delivery of multiple new build hotel and waterpark projects across Europe. This role sits in our consultancy business, specifically the commercial private sector, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to broaden their experience beyond hotels and leisure in the delivery of fit-out and relocation projects for major corporate clients. 
As Project Manager, you will have sole responsibility for the delivery of several new build projects. Reporting into the Mace Account/Programme lead, the successful candidate will manage projects within the UK, Spain and Turkey. Some European travel should be expected. 
You'll be responsible for:
* Applying technical H&S expertise and promote an inclusive culture.
* Delivering project plans from inception to construction.
* Managing tasks and deliverables supporting senior leaders.
* Overseeing budgets, risks and long-term functional development.
* Managing design and consultant teams collaboratively.
* Managing teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
* Networking and drive best-practice adoption across programmes.
You'll need to have:
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
* Previous experience working for a consultancy for the built environment desired.
* Experience in the successful delivery phase of hotel and leisure new build projects and programmes.
* Property or infrastructure project management expertise.
* Commercial and financial acumen.
* Spanish/Turkish language skills beneficial, but not essential.
