As an Operations Delivery & Service Transition Lead, your role would involve overseeing the operational integration of vehicle telematics and connected services and their seamless in life management across our global connected markets. This includes ensuring all new products and services are successfully managed from inception through to market rollout, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and service transition.

* Develop and Execute Service Transition Plans - craft detailed plans encompassing activities, timelines, resources and dependencies in accepting new and changes to existing services into an optimal operational support model.
* Change Management - Lead the assessment and integration of changes within the operational support model and service transition framework against technical, infrastructural and business demand ensuring service excellence.
* Stakeholder Engagement - Act as the primary liaison for future operational delivery requirements including new and existing service transitions and seamless service continuity.
* Problem Management - Leading operational activities in relation to Incident management ensuring effective and efficient resolution, prevent reassurance and quality improvements.
* Process Implementation - Implement and manage operational systems, processes and policies aligned with organizational goals.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you'll need to have to help you succeed here, including:
* Service Transition Management: Expertise in planning and executing service transitions, including readiness assessments, cutover planning, and post-launch support.
* Incident & Problem Management: Strong understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks to manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
* Change Management: Ability to assess, plan, and implement changes with minimal disruption to operations.
* Platform Operations: Experience managing digital platforms, including monitoring, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
* Process Design & Optimization: Skills in designing scalable, repeatable operational processes and driving automation.
