Content Manager (PDMS)

Reporting to the CoE Support Lead, this role will focus on providing high quality SharePoint and IT support for the control centre and wider PDMS deployment and work as part of wider PMO and digital.
You'll be responsible for:
* General day-to-day PDMS development including information management and structure.
* SharePoint administration including permissions, onboarding and offboarding, user management.
* SharePoint PDMS content development in line with a Quality Management System
* Securing tenant troubleshooting, account management, system configuration, reporting and new release testing.
* All Microsoft 365 applications support, including Microsoft Teams.
* Preparation of training materials and conducting training, supporting inductions and awareness events.
* Defining and managing system security and data protection in line with Mace policy and the policies and standards defined for the programme.
* Liaising with Mace digital and support in the development of AI agents to improve the workflows.
* Gaining an understanding of the system architecture, security and configuration as would be appropriate and prepare to hand over the system to an alternative role and/or the client at the end of the project.
* Liaising regarding integration of MS-365 with SharePoint, Teams and PowerBI within the programme and with client team
* Continuous improvement of the PDMS and secure tenant to meet the needs of the programme.
You'll need to have:
* Qualified to a degree level or equivalent experience and membership of appropriate professional body.
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft-365 and SharePoint.
* Experience of working in a fast-moving project environment essential.
* Previous experience of working in a highly regulated industry such as the nuclear sector.
* Experience of working with secure tenants preferable but not essential.
* Willingness to learn and become an SME on secure tenant SharePoint architecture and design.
