What will be your exciting responsibilities and challenges?
* As an Automation & SCADA Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative solutions. Your role will involve:
* Developing and configuring SCADA applications using Siemens platforms such as WinCC OA, WinCC Unified, or TIA Portal WinCC, PCS7
* Designing and implementing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions for complex industrial processes.
* Programming PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), primarily using Siemens TIA Portal (Step 7)/PCS7, for various automation tasks.
* Integrating SCADA systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., MES, ERP) and databases.
* Performing system testing, debugging, and commissioning of automation and SCADA solutions.
* Collaborating closely with our global engineering teams to support large-scale international projects.
* Communication with international project stakeholders and providing regular, insightful progress reports.
* Contributing to the development of technical documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and test plans.
Are you the one we're looking for? Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or Instrumentation Engineering.
* 2-3 years of professional experience in software development or engineering for industrial automation, SCADA, or PLC systems.
* Hands-on expertise with Siemens automation platforms is a must, including:
* Siemens TIA Portal (Step 7, WinCC)
* Siemens WinCC OA or WinCC Unified
* Proficiency in PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagram).
* Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet).
* Familiarity with database systems (e.g., SQL) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) is a plus.
* Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* A strong grasp of electrical design principles and engineering calculations.
* Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
