We are looking for a GBS Procurement Team Lead to join our Bucharest office. You will manage a team of around 10 professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of procurement operations across France, Belgium, and broader Europe. This is your opportunity to shape how we work, grow talent, and deliver value at scale.

What You'll Do

- Lead and develop a local team of approximately 10 Data Stewards and Support professionals across supplier management, catalog, and due diligence activities

- Drive operational target setting, performance management, and delivery monitoring for your team

- Ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance of all GBS procurement activities under your responsibility

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including buyers and end users to continuously improve service and process performance

- Identify and implement best practices that strengthen operational excellence across your scope

- Act as the first level of escalation for internal stakeholder and supplier inquiries, ensuring timely resolution

- Monitor compliance of service delivery with process documentation while upholding safety and CSR standards

What You Bring

- Several years of proven experience in procurement operations, including team or support functions management

- Strong knowledge of the Romanian GBS and labor market, including relevant regulations and compliance standards

- College or university degree in a relevant field

- Fluency in English and Romanian is required; French is a strong advantage

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

- A hands-on leadership style focused on accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement

- Comfort working in a matrixed, international environment across multiple time zones

Location

Bucharest, Romania - Hybrid working arrangement combining office presence with remote flexibility.
