Job Description:

* Development of high-voltage battery components (e.g., relays, fuses, connectors) within the powertrain system
* Definition and management of system and component requirements for HV battery systems
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards (e.g., IPXXB, high-voltage protection)
* Support for Battery Management System (BMS) functions, including functional safety and cybersecurity aspects
* Coordination with suppliers and validation of component design and maturity
* Management of engineering releases and CAD data within PLM systems
* Participation in design reviews, validation activities, and issue resolution during development phases
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams for system integration

Qualifications:

* Experience in high-voltage battery systems or related components
* Strong understanding of HV safety requirements and standards
* Knowledge of battery systems and BMS architecture is a plus
* Experience with requirements management and system development processes
* Familiarity with CAD/PLM tools (e.g., NX, Teamcenter)
* Understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO 21434)
* Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English (mandatory)
