* Preparation and execution of Annual Operational Plan for the customers
* Preparation and execution of JBP
* Responsible for outstanding sales results, brand presence
* Regularly analyse and report of sales targets accomplishment; find out and leverage opportunities
* Own the online/digital customer relationships with key retailers to become a trusted advisor, creating strategic partnerships which have long term aspirations to be strategic alliances with retailers
* Set-up and lead data exchange and analysis (sell-out, share of market, distribution, margin, etc)
* Manage and execute stimulative tools to drive top-line growth
* Manage assortment and maximize the mix
* Develop deep understanding of customer from internal and external data/insights
* Ensure effective partnership with customers on day-to-day basis
* Work closely with e-marketing, e-category teams on growth levers and customer collaboration team on SL, OSA and optimal GTM model
* Ensure forecast accuracy growth through regular short, mid and long-term product planning process
* Create, develop, and scale ROI efficient initiatives
* Lead and deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growthТребования:

* Background in eCommerce sales > 3 year
* Sales finance knowledge (Net Revenue Management, P&L)
* Proven experience in managing eCom customers and accomplishing eCom KPI's
* Proven experience and track record of exceptional sales performance in eCom
* Outstanding negotiation and communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to set-up strong working processes and build trusted relationships
* English level - Advanced
* Data-driven mindset is a must

* Experience with 3P is a plus
