Business Support Agent with Enghlish /+Hebrew language/ (KONE Business Services)

Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent to support KONE branches.

What will be your role?
In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of contracting processes and data administration.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Validate and enter contractual data into the ERP system, that includes Customer & Equipment Master Data, Contracts and Billing
* Communicate effectively with your team and colleagues from different countries
* Embrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture

Your skills and qualifications:
* Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas
* Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Attention to detail and affinity for working with data
* Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
* Aspiration to learn and develop
* Team player with ability to work autonomously
* Fluent in English language C1 & level of Hebrew language is a plus
* Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel

Salary
From 1 400 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications
