We are seeking a Sell to Cash Operations Manager to join our KBS Europe Leadership team in Bratislava, Slovakia. Reporting to the Head of KBS Europe, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering efficiency, top-quality service, and a positive user experience across the Sell to Cash process with focus on Service Contracts Management, Customer Master Data Management & Billing processes. You'll drive business value for KONE Europe by transforming operations, collaborating with senior international stakeholders, and shaping LEAN processes in a dynamic matrix organization.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of operational excellence across Service Contract Management, Customer Master Data Management, and Billing.
* Standardize ways of working across units to improve efficiency, increase automation, and enable data-driven decision making.
* Understand business requirements and the KONE Way-including processes, solutions, and organizational design-across multiple process areas.
* Drive KBS Operational Excellence by assessing, recommending, and implementing process improvements that elevate service levels and strengthen both internal and external customer experience.
* Secure successful adoption of new solutions and ways of working within the team.
* Ensure alignment, acceptance, and effective implementation of KBS scope and solutions with KONE Area Management and local units.
* Define, track, and report service performance levels against SLA targets, proactively addressing deviations and improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with director-level stakeholders to align operational goals with business strategy and support efficiency, quality, and growth ambitions.
* Manage commercial topics between KBS and business units, ensuring transparency and clarity in service delivery.
* Deliver measurable business outcomes that enhance customer experience and contribute to long-term business success.
What would you need to be successful in this role?
* 5+ years of leadership/management experience, ideally within an international matrix or GBS environment.
* Proven ability to drive process development, change management, and senior stakeholder engagement in a centralized purchasing context.
* Experience in implementing standardized, automated purchasing processes and leveraging data for decision making.
* Strategic thinker with a customer and business-oriented mindset.
* Ambition to make an impact and grow within KONE.
* University degree (preferably in Business Administration).
