What is the challenge?

You will have the opportunity to participate in different projects performing tasks such as:

* Contact clients via email and phone to support debt collection activities while maintaining long-term professional relationships.

* Analyze aging reports and prioritize accounts based on risk level, outstanding balance, and overdue status.

* Resolve billing issues in coordination with Billing, Sales, and Finance teams.

* Manage an international customer portfolio, proactively following up on overdue invoices and those approaching their due date.

How do we picture you?

* Fluency in German

* A university degree in the area of Managment.

* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams

* Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

* Strong oral and written communication skills
