As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Store Manager efficiently develops and optimizes the Paseo de Gracia boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations, and maintaining the highest level of customer service throughout the store in line with Christian Dior expectations.
Proven experience in luxury retail management. Goal-oriented mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage stress, and adapt flexibly to store needs. Mentoring and coaching attitude with high emotional intelligence. Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan and additional foreign languages are a strong plus
