This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in our offices in Madrid or Barcelona and 2 days working from home.

Join our team as an Account Manager and help our clients bring innovative business management solutions to companies looking to transform their processes.
We are looking for a results-driven profile, with experience in software sales and a clear customer-focused approach.
First 90 days
In your first month, you will become familiar with our ERP solutions, business strategy, and internal procedures.
By the second month, you will begin working closely with our clients, identifying business opportunities and planning sales actions.
By the end of your first 90 days, you will have started building strong relationships with your assigned clients and will have a clear plan to maximize commercial opportunities.
Meet the team
You will work with a dynamic and collaborative team, reporting directly to a manager with extensive experience in sales and business strategy. You will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and sales, while also interacting with colleagues in your region.
How success will be measured
Your performance will be evaluated based on achieving assigned sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. We offer incentives aligned with results, as well as an environment that encourages professional growth.
Skills you will develop
In this role, you will refine your negotiation skills, key account management capabilities, and knowledge of the ERP market. You will also gain a deep understanding of our technological solutions and develop the skills needed to work in collaborative and dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities - Overview of your day-to-day
Your day will include meetings with clients to identify new opportunities, product presentations and ERP demonstrations, and collaboration with internal teams to design customized commercial strategies. You will also stay up to date with market trends to provide added value to our partners.
Requirements
Experience in selling ERP systems or enterprise software
Intermediate to advanced English level
Availability to travel
Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage the full sales cycle
Experience using CRM and data analysis tools
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to positively influence others.
