Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our Spain team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the centre of business operations, connecting commercial, finance, retail, real estate, GBS/BTC and external partners to ensure processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently.
As Sales Support Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and improving sales support operational processes across M&C Spain. You will support invoicing, economic conditions, loyalty programme billing, rents frameworks, SAP data accuracy, contract-related activities and GBS coordination.
This is a highly collaborative role where attention to detail, strong stakeholder management, analytical capability and process discipline are essential.
What you will deliver
Sales support, invoicing and economic conditions
You will coordinate and supervise key operational processes related to invoicing, commercial frameworks and economic conditions across Retail and M&C Spain.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the execution of M&C commercial programmes, including Agents P&L, Agents Variable Incentives, Always-On, campaigns and convenience-related activities.
* Coordinating loyalty programme invoicing for Retail sites, ensuring accurate information is provided for GBS billing processes.
* Managing debit and credit requests linked to campaigns, promotions, discounts and commercial agreements.
* Supporting the calculation, update, regularization and reporting of economic conditions.
* Managing data extraction, cleansing and reporting across SAP ERP, Cardex and Real Estate systems.
* Supporting DO and CO sales channels with billing queries, changes and information requests.
* Coordinating utilities re-invoicing to leaseholders and third parties in line with contracts and agreed criteria.
* Acting as a control point for SAP contract reviews to help reduce errors and improve process accuracy.
Rents framework and Real Estate support
You will support the coordination of rent-related processes across lease-in, lease-out and third-party service activities.
This includes:
* Managing Rents-to-Pay and Rents-to-Charge frameworks for M&C Spain.
* Supporting rent contract configuration, billing, accounting and payment processes.
* Working closely with Real Estate Project Managers, Commercial Development, landlords and leaseholders to resolve queries and reconcile issues.
* Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy, compliance and process control.
GBS / BTC coordination
You will act as a key point of contact between the business and GBS/BTC teams, helping ensure timely and effective service delivery.
You will:
* Coordinate billing cases, validation activities and operational requests.
* Track, escalate and prioritize issues where needed.
* Support GBS teams with process guidance, issue resolution and corrective action plans.
* Organize regular operational meetings to review service performance, SLAs and business priorities.
* Help build a business-driven service culture by sharing business context, priorities and improvement opportunities.
SAP senior user and process improvement
You will act as a senior SAP user for M&C Spain, supporting system accuracy, testing and continuous improvement.
Your activities will include:
* Supporting SAP testing for quarterly releases and specific system developments.
* Preparing and executing test scenarios.
* Identifying process gaps, system issues and improvement opportunities.
* Supporting Retail master data management and business information requests.
* Providing data analysis for legal, authority or internal business requests when required.
What you will need to be successful
We are looking for someone with strong operational discipline, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders.
Essential experience and skills
* Experience in sales support, commercial operations, retail operations, finance support, billing, invoicing, back-office coordination or a similar operational role.
* Good understanding of business processes in a dynamic operational environment.
* Experience working with SAP ERP and/or Real Estate systems, ideally as a proficient or senior user.
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports and reconciliations.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and control.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work across different teams and functions.
* Experience coordinating with shared service centres, third-party providers or external partners.
* Strong problem-solving mindset and focus on service excellence.
* Ability to identify process improvements and support implementation.
Desirable experience
* Understanding of Retail operations, commercial programmes, loyalty frameworks, economic conditions, rents or contract management.
* Experience monitoring SLAs, service delivery and corrective action plans.
* Experience supporting audits, compliance checks or control processes.
Education
* Relevant studies in Business, Commerce, Finance, Administration or a related discipline are preferred.
* Equivalent professional experience in a similar role will also be considered.
Languages
* Spanish: fluent
* English: good working proficiency
