We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant for our Casa Flagship store based in Puerto Banus.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers' needs
* Provide support to Senior Client Advisors/Client Advisors in complex interactions
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
* Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
* Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledgeRequirements

* Home collection/Interior design product knowledge
* Fluency in Spanish, English and another language among German, Arabic, Russian, Chinese.
* Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
* Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
* Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
