We're looking for a talented individual to join our Centre Management team as the Shopping Centre assistant. The Shopping Centre assistant will support the General Manager/Deputy General Manager in their day-to-day management with a focus on administrative and operational tasks of the Centre. This includes: tenant relations, information flow, technical support, social media and marketing-related tasks, and project management of customer journey projects in cooperation with Deputy SCM. What you will be doing…

* Implementing and following up on routines and structure for the SCM office
* The day-to-day Quality /Better Places and customer journey scope, including daily checks and the responsibility to report and correct any discrepancies vs our standards and internal rules.
* Lead the information workflow to and from the tenants and customers (Centre e-mail, reception, GoodDays, etc)
* Responsible for the quality, strategy, and follow-up of information in URW connect, first line contact for the Connect-referent of URW and project leader of any project related to the app
* Purchase order creation for mainly OPEX
* Coordination of meetings with tenants, suppliers and internal representatives
* Support function - Support all SC staff in administrative tasks related to the daily and long-term goals of the SC
* Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager with all customer journey-related topics and projects.
* Collect sales figures and comments from the tenants
* Preparation work for Quality audit, customer and tenant surveys, Better Places Audit, etc
* Assist the SCM in its contribution to the 360-degree development of the asset, representing the group locally, and developing relationships with key players in the local community.
* Assist marketing with social media platforms and digital tools, and coordinate events
* First contact for new tenants moving in (via centre email) by sending welcome message, instructions, etc



What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?

* 1-2 years of previous work experience with people, for example, in reception, shop or similar
* Good knowledge of financial management, invoice processing, etc
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
* Structured, detailed and result-oriented
* Multifaceted background, preferably from real estate and/or retail.
* Good leadership skills, being able to act as a role model towards suppliers
* Able to create, build and keep trust and good relations with stakeholders and formally represent URW
