* Ensure exceptional service delivery and embody our core values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
* Contribute as part of a passionate and dedicated team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests
* Take responsibility for smooth operations within your department, ensuring the highest quality standards
* Oversee the efficient running of the residences and hotel floors
* Maintain high housekeeping standards and deliver first-class guest service
* Organize and supervise daily housekeeping operations and team performance
* Introduce, train, and support new employees
* Ensure proper use and control of cleaning products and equipment
* Prepare and monitor duty rosters and task assignments
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel regulations (including uniforms, timekeeping, and SOPs)
* Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house sections
* Handle and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and effectively
* Coordinate maintenance work with the technical department
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes
* Oversee Lost & Found items and guest file administration
* Contribute to the creation and updating of the "HSK & Lingerie Bible"
* Act as a role model and support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in employee evaluations
* Hold valid first aid training and be familiar with hotel evacuation procedures

* Passion for luxury hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect
* Completed training as a hotel specialist or equivalent qualification in the field of housekeeping
* Several years of professional experience in a similar position within the upscale hotel industry
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Highly organized and efficient working style
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with a warm, authentic, and professional demeanor
* Very good command of English (company language)
* Additional German and/or French language skills are highly desirable; any further language is a definite advantage
