Finance Transformation Manager

* Drives and coordinates finance transformation initiatives, managing a portfolio of projects to improve finance processes, systems, and ways of working
* Manages day-to-day delivery of transformation projects (ERP, BI, automation) aligned to the transformation roadmap
* Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation
* Supports operating model redesign, including roles, governance structures, and finance capability development
* Leads change management activities - communications, training, and stakeholder readiness
* Acts as liaison between the Finance Transformation team and business stakeholders
* Maintains portfolio governance, documentation, and provides data-driven insights to leadership

Requisiti del candidato:

* Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and digital enablement
* Strong project management track record - on time, within scope, across cross-functional teams
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and automation platforms
* Change management experience, including communication and training support
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Analytical, solution-oriented, and comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in international or distributed team environments is a plus
